Colophon

Who sets this, and on what principle

A colophon is the note at the back of a book saying who made it, in what type, and on what paper. It is the part where a publisher stops selling and starts accounting for itself, so it is the right place for everything below.

ThemesForGHL is published by Sohoon Technologies. We build GoHighLevel systems for a living and always have. The library exists because we kept watching the same thing happen: an operator buys a snapshot, imports it, opens a workflow, finds a message written for nobody in particular, and switches half the build off inside a fortnight. The assets were all there. The writing was not.

The house rules

Four things this house will not print

Not because they would not sell. Because each of them is a small lie that gets larger the longer it stays on a page.

  1. 01

    A counted asset figure

No page here promises a counted number of funnels or workflows. Every figure like that is a promise the delivered account has to match exactly, and none of them has ever been checked against a real build by anybody selling snapshots. What ships is listed on every edition page. How many of each is not our promise to make.

  2. 02

A customer we do not have

The review wall is populated with entries clearly marked as samples, because the section has to be built before there is anything real to put in it. No count is printed, no invented firm is named, and no review structured data is emitted at all until the entries are genuine. Inventing a testimonial is the cheapest thing in this industry and the one that costs the most when somebody checks.

  3. 03

A measured result we did not measure

Two performance figures appear on this site: 70% no-show recovery and 5–10 reviews a month. Both are what the system is built to target, both come from the build brief, and neither is a result taken from a customer of ours. Everything else that looks like a number is an illustrative scenario with its assumptions printed beside it, so you can substitute your own and watch the answer change.

  4. 04

One sentence with the nouns swapped

The temptation with 17 editions is to write the nine components once and change the trade noun seventeen times. It is also the single most common failure in this category. Cover the title on any page here and you should know within two lines whose trade it is. Where that is not true, it is a defect and we will fix it.

How it is set

The type, the paper, the press

Set in Fraunces for display and Newsreader for reading, with IBM Plex Mono carrying the folios and the small print. Fraunces is a variable face with optical size, softness and a wonk axis, which is why the front-page headline resets itself as you move the pointer across it. It is a type specimen, so it ought to behave like one.

The paper is newsprint cream and the ink is black with one spot colour, which you can change to any of five printer’s inks in the reading settings. There is a night paper as well, and a switch that stops every moving thing on the site, including the book, the drifting glyphs and the headline ticker. That switch disposes the WebGL context rather than pausing it.

Independence

What we are not

Not affiliated with HighLevel Inc, not endorsed by them, and not a reseller of their platform. GoHighLevel is their trademark; it appears here because it is the accurate name for the thing these snapshots load into.

Where a link to HighLevel on this site earns a commission, that is disclosed on theaffiliate disclosure page, which is kept in the sitemap on purpose. A disclosure nobody can find is not a disclosure.

You need your own GoHighLevel account to use anything bought here, and the subscription for it is paid to them. Nothing in the library is locked to us, and nothing stops you taking a snapshot you bought here to somebody else to maintain.

The last word

Read one before you believe any of this

The argument this house makes is only worth what the pages prove. Open any edition and read the nine cuts; if they do not describe that trade specifically, nothing else here matters.

Delivery
Your edition is set and sent inside one working day — twenty-four business hours, counted 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday. Nothing goes out at the weekend.
Installation
Installation is free: eleven hours of dedicated installation time, to be booked and used within nine days of purchase. That is eleven hours of work, not nine days of standing by. When the hours are used or the nine days are up, further work is quoted.
Refunds
All sales are final. Once the order is created and the snapshot link has been sent, the edition is non-refundable — the link is the goods, and it cannot be returned once it has been handed over.
Rates
17 editions, $885 to $2,485. No edition is ever discounted below $850.
