What we know about you
Short, because there is not much. There is no advertising tracker on this site, no newsletter you can be signed up to by accident, and nothing here is sold to anybody.

What this site stores in your browser
Two things, both in this browser only and neither shared with anyone: the reading settings you choose (paper, spot ink, motion, type size, contrast, underlines) and whatever is on your order.
Both live in local storage. They are never sent to us, never sent to a third party, and never read across sites. Clearing your browser data removes both and the site works perfectly without them.

What we collect when you write to us
The name, email address, business, phone number and message you type into the enquiry form. It is used to answer you and is recorded in our CRM so the answer does not get lost between two people.
You are not added to a marketing list by writing to us. There is no newsletter on this site to be signed up to by accident.

What we collect when you buy
Your name, email address, business and phone number if you gave one, what you ordered, the amount, the order reference and the date. This is recorded against your contact in our CRM so the order can be delivered and referred to later.
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe on their own pages. We never see, receive or store a card number.
The billing address, where one is collected, is collected by Stripe for their own tax and fraud purposes.

Who else sees it
Stripe, who take the payment. GoHighLevel, whose CRM we run on. Cloudflare, who serve this site. Discord, where a notification of a new order or enquiry is posted internally so somebody picks it up.
Nobody else. Your details are not sold, rented, traded or given to an advertising network, and no advertising or cross-site tracker runs on any page of this site.

Analytics
If you accept on the storage strip, anonymous page counts may be collected so we know which pages are read. No profile is built, no identifier follows you between sites, and declining costs you nothing on this site.
Choosing "necessary only" leaves the two functional stores in place, because a reading setting and an order are how the page works rather than how it watches you.

How long it is kept, and getting it removed
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order records are kept as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting.
Write to us and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it. We will not ask why.
