A GoHighLevel snapshot is a copy of a fully configured sub-account — its funnels, workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms and custom fields — that can be loaded into a new account in one operation. It is a template for an entire operating system rather than for a single page or campaign.

An edition is one snapshot, set for one trade. There are 17 of them, and the difference between them is not which assets they contain but what every part of the system is told to do on that trade's day.

Because a counted promise is a promise. Every number like that is a commitment the delivered account has to match exactly, and the honest commitments are what it does, when it arrives and who installs it. Yes. A snapshot has to load into a GoHighLevel sub-account, so you need an account on a plan that lets you create one. We are not a HighLevel reseller and their subscription is paid to them.

Between $885 and $2,485, one payment, with the price printed beside every edition. Richer trades cost more because one recovered enquiry is worth more there, not because the file is bigger.

No. An edition is bought once and the snapshot is yours. The only recurring price anywhere on this site is the GoHighLevel VA retainer, which is openly a monthly service.

Yes, and agencies frequently do. Add them to one order and pay once. If you are taking several for a rollout, tell us and we will quote the batch rather than sell you the list price four times.

All sales are final. Once the order is created and the snapshot link has been sent, the edition is non-refundable — the link is the goods, and it cannot be returned once it has been handed over. The term is shown on every product page, in your order and on the checkout screen before the payment button, so nobody meets it for the first time afterwards.

Your edition is set and sent inside one working day — twenty-four business hours, counted 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday. Nothing goes out at the weekend.

9am–5pm Central · 10am–6pm Eastern · 3pm–11pm UK. Orders placed on a Friday evening are set on Monday, and there are no weekend deliveries. We would rather say that than quietly miss it.

Installation is free: eleven hours of dedicated installation time, to be booked and used within nine days of purchase. That is eleven hours of work, not nine days of standing by. When the hours are used or the nine days are up, further work is quoted.

Third-party integrations, third-party software and custom software development. Those three are excluded from every package on this site without exception, and are quoted separately or run by a GoHighLevel VA on a retainer.

Yes. Book a call and you will be walked through a live account. That is offered on every edition, at every price.

You do. Once it is in your account it is yours to use across the sub-accounts you control, and nothing about it is locked to us.

Small changes are what the installation hours are for. Anything ongoing is the VA retainer, and anything involving another piece of software is the integrations commission. All three are priced on this site rather than quoted by mood.

Not yet, and they say so. The entries currently on the review wall are clearly marked as samples written by us to show how the section reads, no count is printed anywhere, and no review structured data is emitted at all until real reviews replace them.

The only two we quote are the system's targets: 70% no-show recovery and 5–10 reviews a month. Both are the system’s targets, quoted from the build brief. Neither is a measured result from a customer of ours. Everything else on this site that looks like a number is an illustrative scenario with its assumptions printed beside it.
