The press

From the specimen to the running account

There are five steps and none of them is a surprise. The whole thing is written down here because the terms are strict at one end — all sales are final once the link is sent — and strict terms only work if everything before them is completely visible.

Five steps

  1. 01

    You read the specimen

Every edition is published in full before anybody pays: the nine cuts written for that trade, the thirteen things that land in the account, the arithmetic, the honest list of who it is wrong for. Nothing is behind a form and nothing is held back for the sales call, because a snapshot is non-refundable once the link is sent and it would be indefensible to hide the detail until afterwards.

  2. 02

    You order

One payment, on Stripe. The price on the page is the price the server rebuilds the order from, so the number you saw is the number you are charged. The refund term is printed on the product page, in the order and on the checkout screen, before the payment button, not after it.

  3. 03

    We set and send

Your edition is set and sent inside one working day — twenty-four business hours, counted 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday. Nothing goes out at the weekend. What arrives is the GoHighLevel share link for your edition and the written notes that go with it, sent to the address on the order.

  4. 04

    We install it

Installation is free: eleven hours of dedicated installation time, to be booked and used within nine days of purchase. We load it into your sub-account, rebrand the site it carries, file the A2P and 10DLC registration, set your own domain email up inside GoHighLevel, and add a few automations where your process needs them. That is eleven hours of work, not nine days of standing by. When the hours are used or the nine days are up, further work is quoted.

  5. 05

    You run it

The account is yours, including the snapshot, and nothing here is locked to us. If you want somebody in it every week afterwards, the VA retainer exists; if you do not, you will never hear about it again.

The delivery list

Thirteen things land in the account

Stated without quantities, deliberately. You will not find a promise of a counted number of funnels or workflows anywhere on this site, because every counted figure is a commitment the delivered account has to match, and the ones worth making are what it does, when it arrives and who installs it.

What each of the thirteen is for, in your trade’s own language, is written on each edition’s own page.

The specimen sheet

The nine cuts, at house level

What every edition carries. On an edition's own page each of these is rewritten for that trade, because a component list is not a description of anybody's Tuesday.

The Answering Desk

AI receptionist, on the phone around the clock

A voice on the line at every hour your own phone is unattended. It finds out what the caller actually needs, offers the times you can genuinely work, and puts the booking in the diary while the caller is still on the phone.

  • Answers on the second ring
  • Books against your real availability
  • Hands the urgent ones to a person

The Message Desk

AI chat across the site, text, email and social

The same conversation, in writing, wherever the writing happens: the website, a text message, an email, a comment under a post. It answers the ordinary questions and escalates the ones that deserve you.

  • One thread across every channel
  • Knows your prices and your hours
  • Passes the awkward ones on

The Standing Page

the website, written and built to be found

A site that is written before it is designed, so there is something worth reading when someone lands on it. Forms, booking and the enquiry paths are wired to the rest of the system rather than emailing an inbox nobody watches.

  • Copy written for the trade
  • Booking and forms already connected
  • Built to be found, not just seen

The Diary Guard

confirmations, reminders and no-show recovery

Every booking is confirmed the moment it is made, defended by reminders at the distances that actually work, and rescued when someone does not appear. The target for that recovery is seventy per cent.

  • Confirmation while intent is warm
  • Reminders at a day, an hour, and just before
  • A recovery call inside the hour

The Callback Round

AI outbound calling on misses and cold leads

A voice that calls out as well as in. It works the misses, the quotes that went quiet and the names that have not been heard from in months, at a volume no one on your team would ever get through.

  • Works the list nobody has time for
  • Leaves a message worth returning
  • Books straight into the diary

The Ask

the review request, fired at the right moment

One ask, at the moment the work is freshest in the mind. The timing is set per trade, because the right moment for a completed roof is not the right moment for a haircut.

  • Fires on the trigger, not a schedule
  • Google and Facebook, one tap each
  • Never asks the unhappy in public

The Review Press

the ongoing review engine and its cadence

The engine behind the ask: how often the same person may be asked, what happens to a low score, who replies to a public review and how fast. A review programme without a cadence turns into a nuisance within a month.

  • A ceiling on how often you ask
  • Low scores route to a human
  • Replies drafted, not automated blindly

The Cold File

database reactivation of dormant contacts

Everyone who bought once and stopped, everyone who enquired and drifted. The list is worked in waves by message and by voice, with an offer that gives them a reason rather than a reminder.

  • Triggered by silence, not by date
  • Message first, then a call
  • A reason to come back, not a nudge

Standing Type

lifetime nurture, seasons, referrals

The type left standing. Seasonal work, anniversaries, check-ins and referral prompts that keep running long after the campaign that won the customer has been forgotten.

  • Seasons your trade actually has
  • Check-ins that sound like you
  • Referrals asked for, not hoped for

The run

The five formes

The order the press takes them in: setting, proofing, imposition, impression, and the type left standing.

A forme is the page of type locked up and put on the press. Five of them make an edition: setting, proofing, imposition, impression, and the type left standing for next time.

  1. Setting

    lead capture and first contact

Nothing is allowed to arrive and sit there.

    1.1The call

The phone is answered whether or not anyone is free. The caller is asked what they need, told what is possible, and booked before the call ends.

    1.2The message

A message on the site, by text, by email or under a social post gets a reply in seconds rather than the next working morning. The thread stays in one place.

    1.3The form

A form or an advert enquiry starts the ten-day sequence the moment it lands, tagged with where it came from so the next contact knows what was promised.

  2. Proofing

    the ten-day nurture

The ones who do not book on the first contact are worth more than most businesses treat them as.

2.1Days one to three, by email

The first three days are written, not templated: what you do, what it costs, what happens next, and one clear way to book.

2.2Days four to seven, by text

Days four to seven move to text, because an unopened email is not a decision and a text is read within minutes. One offer, one link.

2.3Days eight to ten, by voice

Days eight to ten are a call. It is a conversation rather than a pitch, it handles the obvious objection, and it books or it leaves a message worth returning.

  3. Imposition

    booking and no-show prevention

A booking is not a booking until somebody turns up.

    3.1The confirmation

Confirmation goes out immediately with the details, a calendar invitation and whatever they need to bring or know beforehand.

    3.2The reminders

Reminders land at a day, at an hour and just before, each one carrying a way to move the appointment rather than simply cancel it.

    3.3The recovery call

When someone does not appear, they are called inside the hour and offered another time while the intention still exists. The system targets a seventy per cent recovery.

  4. Impression

    reviews and social proof

The best moment to ask is the one everybody misses.

    4.1The ask

The ask fires on the trigger that means the work is done, not on a weekly schedule. Happy goes to Google and Facebook; unhappy goes to you, privately.

    4.2The reply

Public reviews get a reply, and the reply reads like a person wrote it. Negative ones are escalated rather than answered with a template.

    4.3The display

What comes back is published where it changes a decision: on the page about the service it praises, not in a carousel at the bottom of the home page.

  5. Standing Type

    retention and reactivation

Winning the customer was the expensive part. Keeping them should not be manual.

    5.1The season

Seasonal work runs on its own: the reminder that matches your year, the offer that matches the month, the anniversary that is worth marking.

    5.2The support line

The chat keeps answering after the sale — hours, rescheduling, where things stand — so ordinary questions never queue behind a person.

    5.3The revisit

Anyone who has gone quiet for months is worked again, and anyone happy is asked, once, whether they know somebody else who needs this.

Installation

Free. 11 hours, inside 9 days.

Installation is free: eleven hours of dedicated installation time, to be booked and used within nine days of purchase.

That is eleven hours of work, not nine days of standing by. When the hours are used or the nine days are up, further work is quoted.

Delivery

Your edition is set and sent inside one working day — twenty-four business hours, counted 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday. Nothing goes out at the weekend.

9am–5pm Central · 10am–6pm Eastern · 3pm–11pm UK

Refunds

All sales are final. Once the order is created and the snapshot link has been sent, the edition is non-refundable — the link is the goods, and it cannot be returned once it has been handed over.

Questions before you buy, or want a look at an edition first?Book a call and someone will walk you through the account rather than send you a brochure.

The hours cover

  • Loading the edition into your GoHighLevel account
  • Rebranding the website — your name, your colours, your copy corrections
  • A2P / 10DLC registration and setup
  • Email service setup, including your own domain email inside GoHighLevel
  • A few extra automations where your process needs them

Never included, on any package

  • Third-party integrations
  • Third-party software
  • Custom software development

Those three are quoted separately, or run by a GoHighLevel VA on a retainer. They are not withheld — they are simply a different job with a different price, and pretending otherwise is how installation windows overrun.

Queries · Process

What people ask about the process

01What exactly arrives when I buy an edition?

A GoHighLevel share link for the snapshot, and written installation notes. Your edition is set and sent inside one working day — twenty-four business hours, counted 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday. Nothing goes out at the weekend.

02Do I need my own GoHighLevel account?

Yes. A snapshot loads into a GoHighLevel sub-account, so you need an account at any plan that lets you create one. We are not a reseller and the platform subscription is paid to HighLevel, not to us.

03What does "installation" actually include?

Loading the edition into your account, rebranding the website it carries, A2P and 10DLC registration, domain email setup inside GoHighLevel, and a few extra automations where your process needs them. Third-party integrations, third-party software and custom development are never included, on any package, and are quoted separately.

04Why hours inside a window rather than support for a period?

Because that is what it is, and calling it anything else would be a promise we could not keep. Eleven hours of installation work, booked and used within nine days of purchase. When the hours are used or the nine days are up, further work is quoted.

05Can I see one working before I buy?

Yes. Book a call and someone will walk you through a live account rather than send a brochure. It is the same answer whether you are buying one edition or ten.

06What if the edition does not fit my process?

Spend the installation hours adjusting it, which is what most people do. If the fit is genuinely wrong, a commissioned edition is set from scratch for your trade, and we will tell you on the call which of the two you actually need.

The last word

17 editions, $885 to $2,485

Read one in full. If it does not describe your week within two paragraphs, it is not the right edition and no amount of installation will make it one.
