Most GoHighLevel accounts do not fail dramatically. They accumulate small unfinished jobs until nobody trusts the system, and a hire a GoHighLevel VA search follows about a month later. This is that hire, without the hiring.
The backlog is never one big job. It is forty small ones nobody has an hour for.
A trained GoHighLevel virtual assistant working inside your account each week: building, fixing, chasing registrations and doing the small jobs that otherwise wait a month.
Who this is for
And who should not buy it
Saying who a service is wrong for is worth more than another line about who it suits. If one of the three on the right describes you, do not commission this.
Commission this if
Agencies running several sub-accounts where the small jobs pile up faster than anyone clears them.
Owners who bought a build, use a third of it, and know the rest needs someone to sit with it.
Teams who need registrations, integrations chased and campaigns edited without adding a salary.
Anyone whose GoHighLevel work is currently done by whoever has the fewest meetings that week.
Do not commission this if
A one-off job. If there is a single defined piece of work, ask for it as a fixed quote rather than a retainer.
Cold outreach, list buying or anything that would put your sending reputation at risk. We decline that work.
Anyone who needs a full-time person. Past a certain volume, a retainer stops being the cheaper answer and we will say so.
The scope
What the work actually is
01
The weekly list
You keep a running list; we work it in priority order and report what moved. Nothing is billed against a list you cannot see.
02
Building and fixing
Workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars, funnels and campaign edits inside GoHighLevel. The ordinary work that keeps an account honest.
03
Registrations and deliverability
A2P and 10DLC filings, domain authentication, sender reputation and the follow-up when a carrier or a mailbox provider pushes back.
04
Reporting
A written note each week: what was done, what is blocked and what needs a decision from you. Short enough that it gets read.
05
Escalation
Anything genuinely outside GoHighLevel is flagged and quoted rather than quietly absorbed and half-finished.
What you get
Deliverables
A named GoHighLevel VA, not a rota of strangers
A shared, visible work list you control
A written weekly report of what moved and what is blocked
Registrations and authentication filed and chased to a result
A standing call each fortnight if you want one
The timeline
Week one
Access, an audit of the accounts in scope, and a first pass at the backlog with the biggest risks first.
From week two
The weekly list, worked in your priority order, with the written report at the end of each week.
Each quarter
A wider review of the accounts: what is unused, what is duplicated, what should be retired.
Queries · GHL VA
Before you commission it
01What is a GoHighLevel VA, exactly?
A virtual assistant trained specifically in GoHighLevel, who works inside your account on the operational tasks a build needs after launch. It is a skills description rather than a job title, and the skill is the point.
02How many hours do I get?
The entry retainer is a set block of hours each month, agreed before you start, and the report tells you where they went. If the list is consistently bigger than the block, we say so rather than silently overrunning.
03Is this the same as the free installation hours on an edition?
No. The installation hours are eleven hours inside nine days to get one edition live. The retainer is ongoing work on a live account, month after month.
04Will the same person work on my account each week?
Yes. A named VA, with a second person briefed on your account for cover. Rotating strangers through a CRM is how context gets lost.
05Can the VA do the third-party integration work?
Chasing, testing and configuring a documented integration, yes. Building something that does not exist yet is development work and is quoted separately.

The review wall, in proof
These are sample entries, written by us to show how this section reads. They are not customers, not testimonials and not results. Real reviews replace them the moment we have them, and the structured data stays switched off until they do.

The part I did not expect was the recovery call. Somebody booked a Saturday slot, did not answer the door, and the account had already called them and rebooked for Monday before I had finished the job I was on. That would have been a lost morning before.

What sold it was that the reminders say nothing clinical. I have seen systems text a patient the name of their treatment. This one sends the time, the chair and a way to move it, which is all it should ever have said.

Loading it was the easy half. Getting the registration through and the domain email actually delivering was the half I always underestimate, and that was the part they did without me chasing it.

Your edition is set and sent inside one working day — twenty-four business hours, counted 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday. Nothing goes out at the weekend.
Installation
Installation is free: eleven hours of dedicated installation time, to be booked and used within nine days of purchase. That is eleven hours of work, not nine days of standing by. When the hours are used or the nine days are up, further work is quoted.
Refunds
All sales are final. Once the order is created and the snapshot link has been sent, the edition is non-refundable — the link is the goods, and it cannot be returned once it has been handed over.
Rates
17 editions, $885 to $2,485. No edition is ever discounted below $850.
