The terms, in plain English
Written to be read rather than to be survived. If any clause below is unclear, write to us and we will explain it before you buy, not after.

What you are buying
An edition is a GoHighLevel snapshot: a copy of a configured sub-account, delivered as a share link you load into your own GoHighLevel account. It is a digital good. There is nothing to ship and no physical item exists.
You need your own GoHighLevel account to use it. ThemesForGHL is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a reseller of HighLevel Inc, and their subscription is paid to them.

Price and payment
Editions run from $885 to $2,485 and the price shown beside each edition is the price charged. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never hold your card details.
Every line of your order is rebuilt on our server from the published catalogue before a payment session is created. The price your browser sends is discarded. If the two ever disagree, the published catalogue is what you pay.
No edition is sold, displayed or discounted below $850.

Delivery
Your edition is set and sent inside one working day — twenty-four business hours, counted 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday. Nothing goes out at the weekend.
Business hours are 9am–5pm Central · 10am–6pm Eastern · 3pm–11pm UK. An order placed on a Friday evening is set on the following Monday.
Delivery is to the email address on the order. If that address is wrong, tell us and we will resend; we cannot recover an order sent to an address you no longer control.

Installation
Installation is free: eleven hours of dedicated installation time, to be booked and used within nine days of purchase. That is eleven hours of work, not nine days of standing by. When the hours are used or the nine days are up, further work is quoted.
The hours cover: loading the edition into your account, rebranding the website it carries, A2P and 10DLC registration and setup, domain email setup inside GoHighLevel, and a few additional automations where your process needs them.
They never cover, on any package: third-party integrations, third-party software, or custom software development. Those are quoted separately.
The nine-day window runs from the date of purchase. Sessions we cannot run because we are unavailable do not consume the window; sessions you do not attend do.

Refunds
All sales are final. Once the order is created and the snapshot link has been sent, the edition is non-refundable — the link is the goods, and it cannot be returned once it has been handed over.
This is stated on every edition page, on your order and on the checkout screen above the payment button, so that it is visible before you pay rather than only afterwards.
If we have not yet sent the link and you tell us you have made a mistake, write to us. We will do the decent thing where we still can.
Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law in your own country that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Licence and ownership
Once delivered, the snapshot is yours to load into GoHighLevel accounts that you own or control, including your clients' sub-accounts if you are an agency.
You may not resell, redistribute or publish the snapshot itself as a product of your own. Using it to build and charge for client work is exactly what it is for; selling it on as a snapshot is not.
A commissioned edition is owned outright by the commissioning party and is not resold by us as a library edition.

What we do not promise
We do not promise revenue, leads, bookings or growth. The two performance figures on this site — 70% no-show recovery and 5–10 reviews a month — are the system's design targets, not measured results from customers, and they are stated as targets everywhere they appear.
Every ROI or time-saving figure on this site is an illustrative scenario with its assumptions printed beside it, and is not a forecast of your results.
We do not control GoHighLevel, the carriers who approve A2P registrations, or any third-party platform an edition touches. Where their behaviour changes, we will say so plainly rather than absorb it silently.

Enquiries reach a person. We reply within one working day, on the same hours as delivery.
Support beyond the free installation hours is available at the rates published on the commissions pages.
