This is the work that is excluded from every installation on this site, and it is excluded honestly rather than quietly. Third-party integrations, third-party software and custom development are a different discipline with a different price.
Everyone who has ever said “it should just sync” has been quoting a week of somebody’s life.
Joining GoHighLevel to the other software you already run — practice systems, dispatch, quoting, accounting, booking platforms — and building what does not exist yet.
Who this is for
And who should not buy it
Saying who a service is wrong for is worth more than another line about who it suits. If one of the three on the right describes you, do not commission this.
Commission this if
Businesses whose real system of record is not GoHighLevel and never will be.
Anyone re-keying the same booking, job or patient into two systems every day.
Agencies whose client asked for a connection nobody has built yet and who need a real quote.
Teams who need data out of GoHighLevel on a schedule, into a warehouse or a report that actually gets read.
Do not commission this if
A connection an existing app already does well. We will point you at it and take no fee.
Anyone hoping for a fixed price before scoping. An unscoped integration quote is a guess, and guesses overrun.
Work that depends on an API that does not exist. We check the vendor’s documentation before quoting, not after.
The scope
What the work actually is
01
Scoping
What moves, in which direction, how often, and what happens when it fails. Written down and priced before anything is built.
02
The build
The integration itself, with retries, logging and a plain-English failure notification. Silent failure is the defect that costs the most and shows the least.
03
Custom development
Where nothing exists to connect to, we build it: a small service, a webhook endpoint, a scheduled job, whatever the actual requirement turns out to be.
04
Testing against reality
Run against real records in a sandbox, including the malformed ones. An integration tested only on clean data is untested.
05
Handover
Documentation of what runs where, what credentials it uses and how to turn it off. Written for whoever inherits it, not for us.
What you get
Deliverables
A written scope with the failure cases named
The working integration, deployed and monitored
Retry and alerting behaviour you can see
Documentation covering credentials, schedule and shutdown
A correction window after handover for anything outside the agreed behaviour
The timeline
Scoping
A call and a written scope, usually inside a week. The quote is fixed at the scope and does not move unless the scope does.
Build
Typically one to three weeks depending on the systems involved and how good their documentation is.
Proofing
Sandbox testing against real records, then a supervised switch to live with alerting turned on from the first minute.
Queries · Integrations
Before you commission it
01Why is integration work never included in installation?
Because it depends on somebody else’s software, which we do not control and cannot promise a timeline for. Bundling it into a fixed installation window is how installation windows overrun by a month.
02Can you connect GoHighLevel to almost anything?
If it has a documented API, usually yes. If it does not, we will tell you at scoping rather than discover it in week two, and we check the vendor’s own documentation before quoting.
03What happens when the other system changes its API?
The integration alerts rather than fails silently, and a maintenance arrangement is offered separately. Nothing here pretends an integration is a one-off purchase that never needs attention.
04Do you work on integrations for snapshots bought elsewhere?
Yes. This service does not care where the account came from, only what it needs to talk to.
05Is there a minimum?
The from price is the practical minimum for a scoped, tested, documented connection. Below that the documentation costs more than the code, and neither of us would be happy with the result.

The review wall, in proof
These are sample entries, written by us to show how this section reads. They are not customers, not testimonials and not results. Real reviews replace them the moment we have them, and the structured data stays switched off until they do.

The part I did not expect was the recovery call. Somebody booked a Saturday slot, did not answer the door, and the account had already called them and rebooked for Monday before I had finished the job I was on. That would have been a lost morning before.

What sold it was that the reminders say nothing clinical. I have seen systems text a patient the name of their treatment. This one sends the time, the chair and a way to move it, which is all it should ever have said.

Loading it was the easy half. Getting the registration through and the domain email actually delivering was the half I always underestimate, and that was the part they did without me chasing it.

Your edition is set and sent inside one working day — twenty-four business hours, counted 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday. Nothing goes out at the weekend.
Installation
Installation is free: eleven hours of dedicated installation time, to be booked and used within nine days of purchase. That is eleven hours of work, not nine days of standing by. When the hours are used or the nine days are up, further work is quoted.
Refunds
All sales are final. Once the order is created and the snapshot link has been sent, the edition is non-refundable — the link is the goods, and it cannot be returned once it has been handed over.
Rates
17 editions, $885 to $2,485. No edition is ever discounted below $850.
