02Is there a monthly fee?
No. One-time payment, lifetime access. The price on this page is the whole price; Stripe charges it once.
03What is the difference between Essential Theme and Pro Theme?
Essential Theme sets the look: all 27 themes, 11 UI kits, dark mode, layout, colours, logo, all 16 login designs and privacy mode. Pro Theme adds the working surfaces: mega menus and the floating quick menu, announcements, sub-account self-service, the contact actions bar, the dashboard designer and the pipeline designer.
04What does Ultimate Theme add?
Everything in Pro Theme, plus popups (43 templates, up to 15 live), notifications and social proof (94 templates, up to 15 live), calculators (134 templates, up to 10 live), floating widgets (51 templates, up to 10 live), widget leads sent into GoHighLevel, and a white-label editor in your own logo, colours and name.
05How do I get access after paying?
The account is created automatically when Stripe confirms payment, and the platform emails your login (email and a temporary password), usually within minutes and at most 24 hours. The order confirmation page links straight to the customizer login.
06Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Write to us from the email on your account and the account is moved to the heavier package; you pay the difference between the two prices.
07Can I buy two packages on one order?
No. Each package is one account on one email address, so the order takes one customizer package. Choosing another on the order swaps it in.
08Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. The account is created and the login sent the moment you pay. Everything the packages include can be tried live on this site first, which is why the previews are there.
09Do I need a GoHighLevel agency plan?
You need access to your agency’s White Label settings (Custom JS and Custom CSS) to install it. The GoHighLevel subscription itself is paid to HighLevel, not to us.
